HOW IT WORKS?
Start with a free consultation over the phone to discuss all things you, your training goals, and how I can help you achieve them.
INITIAL 6 WEEK COMMITMENT:
5 X 60 minute sessions (weekly over 5 weeks) that are tailored and focused on your main training outcome discussed in our initial consultation.
Our first session will be a movement assessment to assist in personalising your program.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:
After completing the initial 5 week training, choose between 6 to 12 week training phases
