Hi! I'm Lea, and I'm dedicated to empowering individuals to learn, grow, and thrive through physical practice.

My coaching expertise spans strength, skill, and mobility training, all aimed at promoting long-term wellness. With a strong background in injury prevention, rehabilitation, weight training, and gymnastics strength training, I provide a diverse and holistic approach to coaching. I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and drawing inspiration from a variety of movement disciplines, ensuring my clients have the tools they need to build confidence and grow and develop as individuals.
